Issue with DdDPOS and card terminal

We have updated the system during the night.
And unfortunately, it has caused problems with the connection between the POS and the card terminal.
We are working on releasing a fix ASAP.

The next update on this issue will be February 18th, 2020, at 12:00PM

Issue with slow registres solved

The tests that we had during the weekend has been concluded.

The outcome is that the servers are now performing better than previous, so the issue with slow registres is solved.

We apologize to the previous affected customers for any inconvenience this has caused.

Ongoing issues with slow registres

We have tested the system during the weekend.

We will now be analyzing the outcome of the test, to prepare the needed fix for our server issue.

All tests will be done out off business hours, to minimize a potential impact on the registres, you shall therefore not experience any interference on the daily work.

We have currently not been able to make a fix to the issue we identified, regarding the processes used by the POS systems for communication are not working optimally.

This especially burdens our Web004 and Web007.

We apologize to the affected customers for any inconvenience this has caused.

Unfortunately, we are still having issues with slow registres.

We are working on a solution and a bug fix will be rolled out asap.

Item move issue solved

We have fixed the issues in DdDAdmin regarding the Item move issue.

Issues with item transfers and slow registers

We are currently experiencing challenges with moving goods between stores. Some of the shops may disappear while others are still there. You can fix the issue in DdD Admin. If you need help, feel free to contact us on the support hotline.

We have identified that some of the processes used by the POS systems for communication do not work optimally.
This especially burdens our Web004 and Web007.
We are currently doing everything we can to optimize these processes so that the servers can get back to the normal workload.

  • Fix: No check for open drawer under Sale to Employee / Personal Transfer in Norway
  • Fix: Calculation of Loyalty Bonus payment on return receipt
  • Fix: Printing Exchangereceipt with English setup with period as decimal point
  • Fix: Missing Error Message if Entering a wrong Customer Number

 

 

Issues with API and DdD Backoffice

We are experiencing slow response time from our servers, which has an impact on API and POS.
