SPECIAL UPDATE ON DdD LOYALTY CREATION OF CUSTOMERS.

We need to temporarily stop the possibility to create DdD Loyalty customers via the POS and API. We need to do this to investigate the situation around slow look-up and difficulties with the creation of customers.

Important: This can result in the POS freezing if you try to create a customer.

We expect to open up again tomorrow and will keep you updated.

Please be aware that the admin module for DdD report is not yet working.

You can use DdD Report as normal and get your already created automated reports, but we still need to open up, so that you can create auto reports and manage users.

This means that it can take longer time than expected to get updated your sales figures in the traffic analysis and that you might not have all articles in the POS to scan yet.

If your message “Offline” has disappeared from the front of your POS system is back online again.

If the POS is online, you can again look up stock etc. from your POS system.

You might not be able to see your sales figures in DdD Backoffice yet, but they will come. The figures are queuing up because there are a lot of backload currently.

Our Backoffice is still performing good.

There is a big backlog of jobs that have not been run during the last 3 day, and therefore it is to be expected that there will be a delay during the day.4

Wednesday 18-11-2020 the support will go live with a new phone system.

By doing that we will work more closely with our colleagues in the Nederlands and the UK and we can begin to help each other across countries. The new system integrates to our CRM system, so we easily can see who is calling and what you have been calling about earlier.

We change our system to improve our support. The new system is ready for the future, and we can add more functionality over time – all to improve your experience.

We, therefore, might sound different tomorrow from what you are used to when you call support, and the system will, of course, be new to us, so we hope that you will have extra patience with us tomorrow.

Due to our server migrations this upcoming weekend 24-25th of October, we have decided to postpone our GoLive date for our new phone system to the 4th of November 2020. This is to ensure the best experience for all parts.

Server Migration 24-25th October 2020

We will be moving our servers to a new server center, which we do to be able to offer the best possible service and uptime. When we are done, we will have far more powerful servers with the latest OS.
The actual move will take place the night between Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of October 2020

What does this mean for you?

• The servers get new IP addresses
• All our services and sites will be down from midnight until we give notice, which means that for the specified period it will not be possible to communicate with them.
• We inform when our migration is over, after which you can reactivate your integrations. However, you should be aware that when we reopen, there will certainly be a lot of pressure on our systems, which is why there may be a longer response time than usual.

If we unexpectedly have challenges, there will be status messages on the site below where we will also inform when we have finished the server migration.

We are experiencing problems with our servers. This can affect the operation of both DdD Backoffice and DdD POS.

Update of DdD Database

The time for this update is now moved to Sunday 31th May from 19:00 – 20:00 (CET)

Our hosting center needs to do maintenance of the DdD database.
This will be done on Tuesday May 26th from 19:00  to 20:00  (CET).
The maintenance will affect most of our systems until finished. Operations are expected to be normalized no later than 20:00.
We apologize to the affected customers for any inconvenience this has caused.

Issue with Batch jobs

We seem to have had a problem with the connections to the Oracle database at around 08:33 this morning.

The connections have been restored. However, some batch-tasks that were running at that time have been interrupted.

This can mean that reports that have been ordered in DdD Backoffice will have to be reordered.

All is restored and is working again
